Albert.io Illustration

Albert.io is an online interactive platform offering high school and college students access to learning tools and practice materials for academic subjects. Albert needed new illustrations created for various subjects. My challenge was to create illustrations for each module, while following their existing style guidelines.

The client sent initial sketches for each illustration they needed and was really open to ideas on how best to illustrate each module. I had to keep in mind the existing styling for Albert.io when I created the drawings in Adobe Illustrator. It was such a pleasure working with the Albert.io team — they made sure I had all the necessary documentation and styles needed for each illustration.

branding and colors

Albert.io already had a defined set of colors for their branding, so I created each illustration using their colors, adding various shades of the light blue for shadows.

Albert’s Mastery Math courses encourage students to practice mathematical fundamentals and deepen their understanding of broader connections and ideas.

Albert’s Strategic Reading course provides a bank of original, engaging passages, paired with Common Core-aligned questions.
